The Gateway Clinics (GC) are an outpatient, short-stay surgery center (with 4 operating rooms as well as a bed ward for short-stay inpatient stays on a total of 2,100sqm). The facility comprises a multi-layered medical concept and is located directly at Frankfurt Airport with a correspondingly optimal infrastructure. The operating physicians are provided with the premises including infrastructure (medical equipment, instruments, etc.) as a kind of "platform".
The necessary personnel (surgical team) is provided by the GC if required, and organizational procedures and processes are controlled by the GC, so that the surgeons can focus on the procedures and patients. The concept is rounded off by telemedical offers, various cooperations (with health care facilities, clinics, industry, politics, etc.) and the offer of continuing education programs and symposia.
